Welcome. Blanco, an Urban Venue, is the Bay Area’s premier event space in historic downtown San Jose. This charming building has been transformed into a three-story and 8,000-square-foot blank canvas ideal for weddings, corporate & social events. Blanco has kept the allure of this historic building by refurbishing some of its original features, like its 150-year-old brick walls. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, Blanco is a stylish space with an old-world appeal.

Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

Pier 27 offers two industrial-chic event spaces perfect for wedding celebrations ranging from 100 up to 800. The City View Room (23,000 square feet), offers views of the iconic Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room, also on the upper level, and connected to the City View Room, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room is the perfect room for a wedding ceremony or a more intimate wedding reception. Alternatively, say your nuptials on the Embarcadero Room (lower level) with an unobstructed backdrop of the San Francisco Bay and Bay Bridge. The Embarcadero Room (18,000 square feet), situated on the lower level, is industrial with exposed ceilings and cement flooring. It is lined with roll-up doors that can be opened, allowing direct access to outdoor space along the waterfront for a great indoor/outdoor event.

A venue for artists, by artists, Temple Nightclub offers a night life experience that is unrivaled in the San Francisco Bay Area. From awe-inspiring, fully immersive state of the art lighting and visuals, to a thumping custom sound system, multiple rooms of music, paired with world-class talent. On the street level lies the main nightclub where guests will find a custom DJ booth, thundering Void sound system, and 50,000 addressable, floor-to-ceiling LED bulbs. Welcome. At the heart of our space, is our sprawling, lush rooftop patio, a welcome escape, and a space that breathes comfort, and relaxation. Our six giant, custom planters are brimming with vibrant foliage, reflective of our Mediterranean/California-Coastal climate, including Arbutus Marina trees, Chamaerops Humilis (Mediterranean fan palm trees), Dracena Draco, Bromeliads and Passion Flower Vines (red flowers). It is really unusual to have so many large plants together in such an urban setting. Entering 620 Jones is like entering another world, as you pass through the huge, iron entrance gates.

Penny Roma (the sister restaurant of Flour+Water) was designed with full restaurant buyouts in mind, featuring an airy courtyard space that is attached to our dining room. We also have a completely private dining room, The Upstairs, where we host smaller dinner parties. Service is always family-style

Our 3000 square foot space is located in the historic Cotton Mill district of Oakland. Just off the 880 freeway, Flowhouse is located just east of Brooklyn Basin and directly opposite the Embarcadero Cove pier. We have two beautiful dance studios that can be used for dancing as well as dinner set up. One studio can also be used as dressing room area. We also have a beautiful living room and lobby area that can be used for a buffet set up, receiving area, and cocktail area.
