He also served Hollywood executives, actors and entertainers alike while working as Sous Chef at Motion Pictures. He retired after 22 years of service. He formally trained in Culinary Arts while in the Military. Majored in Food Service Management at the University of Maryland and received his Advanced Culinary Arts Certification from Stratford University.

Chef Francisco “Paco” Rebollar has over 25 years of culinary experience during which he demonstrated a combination of creativity and consistent high quality meals. Known from his work at Luna's Restaurant in Gainesville over the years. Creating buzz to his name making it to White Oaks Bistro/Barn in Dahlonega creating a handcrafted fine dining menu for a couple of years.
