Where elegance and frugal unite. The Davis-Shai House is a historical 1861 estate and wedding venue that offers classic charm that marries elegance with affordability. Our Camelot room offers large windows with natural light, a gorgeous crystal chandelier, and views of the front gardens. The Fairview room has a fireplace, glass doors to join the Camelot room, and doors that open to the outdoor veranda and front gardens. In-house catering or preferred caterer with a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: indoor tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. Nestled on our 4 generation family farm, The Homestead of Radnor, offers a great combination of rustic, bright, and natural elegance. Located in Delaware, Ohio, our beautiful, all season venue is decorated in a neutral yet elegant, modern farm house style that can easily be adapted to fit your unique decor. Our venue can seat up to 300 people indoors. In addition, guests have the option of venturing outdoors to the beautiful paver patio with Edison lights/cocktail tables and manicured lawns which overlook our partially wooded ceremony site and 100 acres of rolling farm fields. Couples are more than welcome to utilize the outdoor space to set up games or other activities to allow your guests to spread out.
