Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. In the centuries since Whiskey Hollow was settled, those karrikins have been at work to bring distilling back to this very location on Cincinnati’s east side. In Spring of 2017, seven founding members with experience in brewing & distilling, woodworking, design, and more came together to purchase a building formerly occupied by Swallen’s and later, DnD Metal to start a journey of flavor and fire. From there, Karrikin Spirits Company was formed — a full-service, grain to glass distillery producing handcrafted spirits, sparkling spirits, non-alcoholic sodas, and beer. Located in the newly renovated ELM Industries BASH is bursting with detail and waiting for you to add your touch to welcome up to 125 guests for your big day.

Most commonly, BASH is used for either a ceremony or reception, but we welcome its use for both. We recommend hiring an event planner however they are not required but can be helpful in planning the ideal solution for your event. Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables, and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event. As an open vendor venue, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol and select your own catering providers, we provide a bartender when serving alcohol at weddings to ensure responsible consumption.

The Woodward Theater, established in 1913, is a historic music venue & event hall located in Over The Rhine in Cincinnati. We offer a unique, yet versatile ceremony & reception space that enables couples to represent their personal style. Our rental fee includes chairs, tables, linens & bar glassware. We offer all day access starting at 9am, with the option of a room flip during the event. We also provide full sound production, including House Engineer, use of our historic exterior poster box display, door security, wifi, a bridal area & over head bistro lights. There are three beverage packages to choose from, all of which include 24 beer taps featuring local favorites, wine & champagne.
