Our first still is located in a historic building on Monmouth Street where a rich history mixes with a bright future. The tradition of fine spirits continues today with our modern recipes that are sure to put everyone in a PENSIVE mood. We feature spirits distilled and bottled right on the premises. We currently have 100-proof bourbon, 80-proof bourbon, apple pie moonshine, and vodka available for purchase.
