From the moment we started working with Something Borrowed Blooms, their communication was effective, speedy, and extremely helpful. The quality of their work was high-end, absolutely beautiful, and extremely effective in elevating the look and feel of our wedding. When they didn't have enough of the simple centerpieces we had originally requested, they upgraded us to even nicer centerpieces at no additional cost. They were incredibly flexible and made sure we had everything we needed, even accommodating my preference for email communication when I wasn't always the best at taking phone calls. Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.8 (100 reviews)
  • Florist
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Fort Thompson, SD

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
We had an amazingly positive experience working with Flower Moxie for my daughter’s July wedding. We placed our order in February using their “How Much Should I Buy” worksheet as a guide. Their website is filled with images and videos to help you make your choices. We went with the Sweet Wildflower bridal bouquet and 4 bridesmaid bouquets and then ordered a Build Your Own Wildflower Mixed Box and Build Your Own Spray Rose Mixed Box to DIY bud vases all for just over 900! In June we decided we wanted more bud vases for our dining tables than we had originally planned to have. I spoke with Maria who helped me add more of what I’d order to meet my needs. Cost was about 150. Not knowing really what to expect, I added 4 premade centerpieces just to have which cost 280. This was SO much more cost effective than trying to work with local florists or deal with wooden flower options. The only issue we had was a UPS issue. The flowers were coming directly from a farm in Ecuador and tracking numbers showed they were held up in Miami waiting for government release. Once released, we were able to see their travels. The flower boxes ended up being delayed by 1 day. The flowers should have arrived on a Thursday for a Sunday wedding. Delivery moved to Friday. Every worried email I sent was responded to immediately by Flower Moxie. They were tracking my order, too, and were on top of it. Once they arrived, we followed the specific directions the company sends out. I have photos of the stages of hydration, watching the blooms get more and more gorgeous as the hours passed. The bridal party put the 72 bud vases together on Saturday in the hotel conference room near the wedding venue. The bridal bouquets were perfect needing nothing but trimming of the stems and wrapping stems with ribbon we had purchased. I would highly recommend working with Flower Moxie, especially if you are looking to support small business, enjoy having the option to be a little hands on (though you don’t have to choose this option), and want to save on the cost of your florals. I plan to use them in the future if the need arises.

Flower and oak were absolutely amazing. They showed up extremely early for our event and we had the highest premium package ordered for the day. We had a couple specific shoot ideas for THE GROOMSMEN and the minute I walked in the front door. I was greeted by both videographers With all kinds of cool camera gear and they told us exactly what to do and there was no time wasted. I highly recommend flower and oak to anyone looking at getting married soon. The one thing I don’t regret about our wedding day is using them because they were so great. Awarded Best of Zola
I cannot recommend PressRecord enough! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy and completely stress-free. The camcorders were simple for our guests to use, and everything was clearly explained, making the whole experience foolproof. What truly impressed me was their customer service. They were unbelievably kind and responded to every email so quickly. They even re-edited our wedding film **twice** to make sure it was exactly what we envisioned, and they happily searched through all of the footage to include very specific moments that were important to us. The most meaningful thing they did was incorporate a photo I sent them of our memorial table honoring my mom and my husband's grandparents who had passed away. Including that tribute in our wedding video meant more to us than I can express, and I'm so grateful they took the time to make it happen. Our final 5-minute home video feels so personal and captures the heart of our wedding day perfectly. If you're considering PressRecord, do it—you'll not only end up with an amazing keepsake, but you'll also be working with a team that genuinely cares about preserving what matters most.

Hey there!! My name is Alexis and I'm so glad you're here. I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Hankinson, ND, with ties to Minneapolis as well, so I am in MN often and will gladly come wherever you are! I love the all things outdoors, especially forests and couldn't live without coffee.

I had Alexis (and Sam) photograph my wedding at the Avalon Events Center on 6/13. She was awesome every step of the way, from having a huge bag of wedding kit items, helping pose and manage family for photos, and coming up with ideas for photos to make use of the large gap of time we had between the ceremony and the grand march. I don't think I saw her and Sam put down their cameras the entire 8 hours they were there on that day, so I'm excited to get the full gallery of photos! She was also able to rush us out for some awesome sunset photos when we only had a few minutes to get them. Cannot recommend her highly enough! Her price is extremely reasonable for the great quality of service and photos she provides.

Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
Working with Jen for our October 2025 wedding was AMAZING!! From the moment we sent in an online inquiry, Jen was attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail oriented. She got us set up with a project planning doc immediately, and she was SO patient with us even when we were annoyingly indecisive about our vision lol. She met with us via Zoom to answer all of our questions when we were struggling to finish the document (and she is just as thorough and helpful via Zoom as she is via email). Once we placed our final order, Jen was communicative and thorough about the process of what happened next in terms of pickup, payment, etc. When we picked up our flowers, we were ASTOUNDED by how beautiful they were. I mean, we knew they would be beautiful, but truly, WOW. Aside from bouquets & boutonnieres, we also got garlands to use as centerpieces for our guests’ farmhouse tables, as well as small wooden circle magnets with a flower on top (we wood burned the j c into them ourselves) to use as favors. And they all looked incredible. An employee at our venue said that our decor was “the best she’s ever seen this place look,” and a large part of our decor was these flowers. I cannot recommend Jen and Wood and Word Blooms ENOUGH!!! PS bouquet photo is from today (1/5/26)!! The longevity is insane!

I was scared I’d look stiff but I don’t at all. The photos feel alive. The video makes me smile so big every time I watch it. They used the music perfectly to match the feelings. I love how they got shots of my nieces dancing like crazy at the reception. Everyone in my family keeps raving about the photos. It’s like they captured the very soul of the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Ali! She reached out to me on Zola and I am so glad she did. I was impressed with her portfolio and I really loved seeing how she would capture little moments in the weddings she had done. We set up a video call before booking and we clicked. She is very calm and helped with my pre-wedding nerves. She worked with us on a payment plan and she was always very quick to respond to any of my questions. She really listened to what we wanted. She got to the venue early to scout out different shots and came to check in with me a couple of times before we even began taking photos, which I did not expect but was very sweet and considerate of her. When we were taking photos, she really helped to guide the more “posed” photos but she also captured a lot of beautiful candid moments. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment her and that was before we even got the photos back. She sent us our sneak peeks the next day and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. She captured so many beautiful moments and her style is exactly what we wanted. Nothing felt “overly edited” just perfectly genuine. I cannot recommend Ali enough. I cannot wait to see the full gallery of photos because I know they will be nothing short of perfect.

Hi, I’m Isaac. In my world, light is everything. The cool ambient hues at dawn, hinting at what the day may bring. Golden sun rays catching particles through a tree as friends gathers to celebrate. A Cotton candy sunset peppered by patio string-lights as a DJ plays my favorite song. We all have timeless memories logged in our minds. For me, they are based in a language of light. As a wedding photographer, this deep connection to special lighting helps me produce dynamic visual stories of romance, personality and beauty.

I am so grateful we came across LoveKnot and will always highly recommend them for anyone's special occasion.

Instead of dealing with sand or candles that can be messy or hard to transport, Unity in Glass offered a meaningful and elegant alternative that truly captured the spirit of our day. Our guests were captivated by the idea, and we loved the thought of turning this moment into a lasting piece of art for our home. The process was seamless from start to finish. Everything arrived on time, well-packaged, and the instructions were incredibly easy to follow. Knowing we’d get a custom-blown glass sculpture made from the very crystals we poured during the ceremony made it feel so special and unique to us. Ashley Cynthia Photography provided excellent service for our wedding photography needs. Ashley's communication throughout the planning process was fast, caring and thoughtful - she truly wanted to understand our vision and preferences. On the big day, Ashley traveled from Arizona to capture our Colorado wedding. She helped immensely with organizing the timeline and coordinating with other vendors. Most importantly, the quality of Ashley's work is simply stunning. Her photographic style resulted in elegant, unique and professional photos that we will treasure forever. She perfectly captured the joy and love of our special day. We couldn't recommend Ashley highly enough for wedding photography services. She had us laughing and feeling more like a lifelong friend more than a photographer

I have been a photographer for 8 years. Throughout my time as a photographer I’ve captured clothing, models, and memories. I shifted from corporate shootings to families and weddings because it gave me this warm fuzzy feeling when I edited my couples and families photos. Don’t be afraid to reach out to me and ask about my photography style, my editing style, or my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend scheduling a free consulting session!

Grace shot our engagement and wedding and was so easy to work with! She was so flexible and worked hard to make sure my husband and I didn’t feel too awkward taking professional photographs for the the first time. Her photo style and editing is beautiful and true and we received so many complements for our engagement shoot. 12/10 would recommend!

Hello there! I'm Andrea, owner of Amative Creative, and every weekend we're so blessed to be able to tell the love stories of so many amazing couples. Like many others in this industry might say, we simply adore weddings. But what makes us a little different is our entire brand is centered around telling love stories specifically curated to reflect your vision and aesthetic. "Amative" means to be prone to love, so as you can see, we want nothing more than to tell your love story! But what makes us truly unique is that we understand every love story looks different. And we personalize every aspect of how we document your wedding day!
