Trinchera Reserve & Lodge is a one-of-a-kind property in San Luis Valley, Colorado. Spanning more than 170,000 private acres across the American West—an expanse rivaling that of a national park, Trinchera is a world entirely unto itself. Located in the heart of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, the landscape is breathtaking in its variety and overwhelming in its scale—from high desert prairies and ancient river corridors to dramatic ridgelines and fourteener summits. With just 16 thoughtfully appointed guestrooms and two exclusive private residences, Trinchera is designed not for the many, but for the few who truly appreciate what it means to have this kind of wilderness entirely to themselves.
