Located in Shenandoah Valley, our pits are kindled with locally harvested oak and hickory. We smoke at 275 degrees and our unique, Vinegar-based sauces complement the Cue's smoky goodness. Our signature Pork BBQ is finely chopped bark and all, not pulled. Our Brisket is truly a Shaffer family original. This is Virginia Brisket (not texas).....we trim all the fat off and let the meat rest in a house rub for 3 days. Then we smoke, slice it thin, served with our Bold & Sassy Sauce. On The Fly Tapsters is a DMV-based catering and bar company known for clean ingredients, elevated flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and flair-trained bartenders from Spain. We bring warmth, intention, and a personal touch to every celebration. Couples work directly with Mark, our Event Experience Manager—an 18-year Marine Corps veteran with two MBAs, a Certified Corporate Event Planner, and a deep understanding of weddings through his wife’s photography work. Mark guides each couple with care, clarity, and genuine investment in their vision.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
