Milliken Manor sits right at the foot of Mount Monadnock and hosts incredible mountain views. With numerous event venues and weekend long rental, you can host as many events as you would like! The Manor is rich with history, and is in a beautiful, luxurious condition. It features a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, ample sitting rooms, 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower, a game room and swimming pool. The 2500 square foot barn is renovated to perfection with classy gold lighting features, a built in bar and large picture windows. Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here. Kathy had attended University of Vermont, fell in love with the state, and vowed to return one day. John left teaching to take his lifelong organic gardening passion to the next level. They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.

We house the Delbridge Performance Space which can accommodate large groups for wedding receptions, parties, reunions, bar/bat mitzvahs, baby showers, corporate receptions and more. We also have a loft space for smaller groups, a main art gallery for cocktail events, and a garden/patio area for outdoor events.
