The property is located five minutes from the I-5 near Smoke Point. The indoor Barn Venue at Sadie Lake is a 3,000 square foot event barn with beautiful views North from the second floor. Highlights of the property include a large outdoor tented area, multiple ceremony locations, 2 get-ready suites, a full kitchen, 5 restrooms, on-site parking, row boat with lake access, an outdoor fire pit and more! The property is expansive with well-kept grass, wooded areas & trails. We host weddings or other special events year-round! The total venue capacity is 300 guests. 2 Beautiful Venues: Wayfarer can accommodate 100 guests and includes all set up, break down, wedding coordination, tables, chairs, and tents.  The venue has a garden party feel with an orchard which makes an incredible natural canopy of trees for our long farm tables to go under for the reception. Lots of really big trees and different garden areas, so there are plenty of sites for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There are 2 getting ready spaces. There is an indoor space for an intimate ceremony or an outdoor ceremony site and an additional indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour which has a bar inside of it. Crockett Farm is a historic, 11-acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. On-site guest house available (for an additional fee), sleeps up to 12 guests.

Terramar is an award-winning brewery, distillery, and cidery that pays tribute to the fertile farmlands of Skagit Valley by crafting terroir-driven beer, spirits, and ciders. While we do have a small rotation of core beers, our tap list is always changing, a reflection of local seasonal ingredients and our desire to explore and highlight the many different flavors that Skagit Valley has to offer. We brew our beer from barley grown and craft-malted in Washington. Our cider apples are sourced from a couple towns over at Cedardale Farms. Berries and botanicals, and a few hops come from Skagit and Whatcom farms. Our beers range from PNW takes on traditional and historical styles, Belgian or Farmhouse styles to barrel-aged mixed fermentations.

Fireseed Catering founders Dave and Dawn Noble share a 30+ year story that takes them from the heart of the country to both coasts, bringing their mutual passion for good food along the way. Together, they can produce a wide variety of menus, starting with appetizers through to entrees and concluding with desserts. Dave and Dawn shine with both food and tables overflowing with variety, color and most importantly of all, flavor. Since founding Fireseed Catering it has become more than just catering and now solely hosts, coordinates and caters events held at the Fireseed private venue. Stilly Brook Farm was originally homesteaded by a pioneer family in 1889. It still retains its magnificent, original cedar beams and cathedral ceiling that once held up to 25 tons of hay. David & Terri Lundquist are the current owners, along with their 5 daughters, are now adding to what the Emery’s originally envisioned when they turned this sleepy farm into a place for others to enjoy. Once you step inside you will see that Stilly Brook Farm has attended to every detail in this beautifully renovated venue.

Craven Farm was established in 1949 in the heart of the Snohomish River Valley. 70 acres framed by rolling hills, Cascade mountain views. We have 2 sheltered buildings, our rustic Harvest Barn, strung with twinkle-lights and chandeliers, and our open-air Pole Barn for late night dancing and drinks. We also have 2 outdoor garden sites, used for ceremonies, parties, receptions, and cocktail hours.
