Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. The Lucas Farm was originally an 1875 tobacco farm. It has been transformed into a picturesque estate nestled in nearly 500 acres of longleaf pine stands. The farm features a refurbished farm house where the bride and bridal party get ready, a bar shed, caterers kitchen, climate controlled barn featuring the original wood inside, a new barn that can be used as the plan or rain backup plan, a lovely pecan orchard for outdoor ceremony and a refurbished schoolhouse for the groom and groomsmen to get ready. With a bistro-like feel, this space includes a main event room, bar and lounge area, outdoor bistro tables, and catering room. Each rental includes the use of the entire space, tables, black linens, and chairs with customizable table settings, color schemes, and stress-free catering options available that can easily be built into your rental.
