The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. All rentals include tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception

The Galleria Event and Conference Center offers a unique location for weddings, social events, or corporate events for as many as 225 guests. Because we want your event to look great, all packages include decor such as wall draping and accent lighting in colors to match the theme of your event. Our All Inclusive Reception packages include table linens, catering, a professional DJ/Emcee with dance floor lighting, set-up and post event cleaning. We can make awesome, easy and stress free. We also offer DIY Reception packages if you already have your vendors chosen.

The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the perfect rural setting for a wedding, special event or weekend get-a-way to enjoy the country. It is is a wonderful location for people to celebrate, learn, and explore.

We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. For many years, the space was also home to a former banquet hall, according to The GEM owners, husband and wife, Dave and Erika Krites of Centerville.
