After a decade as a pastry chef in NYC, Taylor traded flour for flowers. She started apprenticing at farms up and down the East coast starting in 2017, ending up at Weatherlow Farms working for Phoebe Poole. RTB is a culmination of years of hard work in luxury hospitality, and she’s now channeling her expertise into a new set of ingredients. The combination of flower farming and the attention to detail that comes with working in fine dining kitchens leads to an intimate and curated design process.
