On the day of the event the flowers were more grand than we expected for our price point, the DJ was engaging, and the food was better than any wedding I’ve attended. They accommodated our Indo-Western wedding with great Indian and western food. We even had his and hers mocktails. The food was the most customizable experience we found on the market. And it was tasty max. Adina is respectful, caring and patient. Your photos will be amazing with the view and the flowers. Especially if you have Trisha as your photographer. She is a master of lighting and angles. She makes quick work of editing and getting the photos back to you. Overall a great experience, less stress, and an all inclusive experience with lots of personalization.”

“I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial information, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn’t want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn’t afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment—and I’m so glad I did. At the time, we didn’t have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn’t pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food—and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table—such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair—much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.”

“Mountain Meadows caught our eye as we loved the pictures that were featured. I looked at their pricing that was available through The Knot and saw that they had very reasonable prices compared to other venues. We decided to book a tour with Gaby, and she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions that we had. She acted very professional and didn’t hesitate to offer her help. We ended up booking that same day because they had a few booking specials. We picked, a free additional hour of event time, 500 off ceremony site fee, and a free upgrade from classic to premium bar. In addition, we really liked that brands like Jameson, Hennessey, and Patron were in their premium bar package. I know a lot of venues would charge more and would even see these brands on “top shelf” menus. Throughout the whole process, Gaby was very responsive, even though since she was busy with other weddings. She would always make sure to reply on the same day but no later than the next day. The look of the venue wasn’t too fabulous, but good enough for us. I was a little nervous about the food as I have seen mixed reviews stating that the food is good or that the food is bland. I also been to a Wedgewood wedding early last year with a similar menu and the food was average at best. The Wedgewood Wedding also had prime rib carving which was really dry, tough and well done. However, most of the food at Mountain Meadows was very surprisingly tasty. I could probably pass on the rice, but the scalloped potatoes and mac and cheese were both good. The salmon was okay to me, but I heard from a few guests that they went back for seconds. The prime rib at Mountain Meadows was probably my favorite as it was properly cooked and well-seasoned, which relieved me as I was paying extra for this feature. I know that the short ribs are really good too as we tried this during our tasting, but we did not pay extra for this since we already opted for the prime rib. Mountain Meadows also had great recommendations for vendors as well. The florist that we picked (Tutta Bella) really nailed it with the spiral centerpieces. Everyone loved SomeCrust (bakery) since their cake was very moist and not too overly sweet. The photo booth that we picked also (LX Pix) also had GREAT quality pictures (which I will be posting). Mountain Meadows also allowed outside vendors to come in also and did not require proof of insurance. I know that there are a lot of venues that are very strict and only allow their own services/vendors. We were able to hire an ice cream cart and a late night Kogi Truck to serve tacos. The only con I would say is that we ended up overestimating our guest count early in the process and didn’t adjust until right before the deadline. We ended up making payments for a little over our actual guest count and they mentioned they had to go through an approval process to refund us the extra expenses. My advice is if you would like to book, make sure to give an accurate guest count, or give a lower guest count. That way, you can pay the venue the difference versus going through the approval process. Or if you have a better idea of your guest count, make sure to adjust before you submit the remaining payments. Overall, it was a great experience. The service on the day of the wedding was fantastic. They saved my husband and I hors d’oeuvres as we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and they did not skimp on the portion sizes as well”

Amy is a kind soul that help my wife and I put our wedding together in the beggining and was very professional when we needed her help. Jessica, our wedding coordinator, helped us with the final touches we needed following up to our wedding day! We picked the orange blossom package which was affordable and what we thought our guest would enjoy, which they did 100%! The only tip we'd like to give for any future wedded couples that are looking at this venue is to ask EVERY SINGLE question you got in order to make your wedding less stressful, they are extremly helpful and they always respond on time! In summary, all we can say is our wedding day was a dream come true, our guests and ourselves had an AMAZING time. We cannot thank Amy and Jessica enough for their help!”

The Riverside Art Museum

“The Riverside Art Museum was an absolute pleasure to work with for a wedding I DJ for. Their communication style was caring, thoughtful, considerate, detailed, and professional throughout the first of contact til day of the wedding, and throughout. The quality of their work and the overall value they provided was truly impressive - the venue was elegant, with breathtaking views that made for a truly memorable setting. When the ceremony ran behind schedule do to the bride not present as of yet, the staff was incredibly accommodating. One thing I must note that I don't see to often. They stayed out of the way until all of the guests had departed before efficiently breaking down the space. It's shows their thoughts are on the couples having a great time up until the last minute and giving the guest time to exit. Not trying to clean up and break down around the guest just to get off sooner. Kisbel (Event Manager) and the entire team felt like close friends committed to making their friends special day a success! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and staff to had worked with for the first time. Highly Recommended!”

“We recently had our wedding at Life Arts Center and overall had an amazing experience. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and cared for and not like we were just another transaction. That personal touch meant a lot to us and was a huge reason we chose this venue. The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and was decorated perfectly on our wedding day. It truly created the atmosphere we wanted and checked all the boxes we had hoped for when searching for a venue. A huge thank you to Desiree and Melissa. Desiree was incredible and made the whole process feel warm and personal, like family helping us put together a celebration. Melissa was our bartender/coordinator and she was so fun, outgoing, and talented. She created amazing drinks, kept the energy up, and our family loved her. She even had shots waiting for us in the bridal suite, which was such a fun touch and something we both needed as we were nervous about our first dance. The day itself flowed smoothly, even when we ran a little behind schedule. The team was flexible, accommodating, and helped everything stay on track. The floor captain was also fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and always on top of things. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about everyone, from the DJ to security. No venue is perfect, and there were a couple small things that could have gone differently, but nothing that took away from how special and successful the day was. Overall, we are so grateful for the experience and so happy we chose Life Arts Center. We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space with a team that genuinely cares about making your wedding day special.”

South Hills Country Club

“South Hills Country Club was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Their communication was so easy, they have great packages and they really allow you to personalize the space to bring your vision to life. The venue itself is just stunning, with beautiful arch windows, high ceilings and an amazing fireplace that provided the perfect photo moment. Not to mention all the areas on the golf course that you can take bridal party photos at. I was fortunate to work with Abi and Evan, they really helped answer all of our questions, which was so valuable since most people don't have experience planning weddings and I chose not to hire a wedding coordinator. Abi and Evan helped me every step of the way and were there at the event to make sure things ran smoothly. Abi even texted me through the morning to update me on how set up is going just to put my anxious mind at ease. I also have to mention how great the food is, it’s not your average hotel wedding dish. They really let you customize the dish from the proteins to the sauce and have so many options for hors d’oeuvres. The whole team at South Hills went above and beyond to make our special day perfect and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them.”
