“About 5-6 months before our wedding, our original caterer re-quoted our pricing that I had signed over a year ago and it had increased by almost 15k! I was so distraught and stressed, as you can imagine. Luckily I found Soraya through a Facebook wedding group after I had asked for a second opinion. SHE SAVED MY WEDDING DAY. My husband and I are Cambodian and Chinese and trying to find any upscale asian caterer in the NorthShore was darn near impossible. I had my heart set on an upscale multi-course asian banquet menu. We ended up with 10 courses! Soraya made it happen and all the food was made on site at our venue in Peabody (the Olio). Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was! To think I almost went with drop catering as I thought that was my only option. Thank goodness I found Soraya! As anyone who has ever thrown a big event knows, the food will make or break an event. And Soraya's food MADE our wedding a huge success. Soraya made sure fried foods were crispy, hot foods were HOT, and each table service was flawlessly delivered. Even our foodie families were happy with the food and were so surprised at how authentic everything tasted. We had menu items that were Chinese and Cambodian. I would hire Soraya and her team again, and again, and again. She kept me at ease and made sure everything was flawlessly executed. THANK YOU again for everything Soraya.
