Last week, our videographer was unexpectedly not available, but Still Do Media handled this situation very carefully and calmly, and they had a standby videographer in the backup team. Matt, our backup videographer, is amazing! He stepped in a few days before the wedding with professionalism and positive energy. He captured every detail in perfect style. I just had a little bad experience with how they deliver raw footage unprofessionally. Folders and clips are messed up and disorganized. But our experience with Still Do Media is incredible. We eloped and he was a one stop shop. He steamed my dress and helped with several other things to make sure everything was perfect. He is so fun to be around and is down to clown.
