The Trouble Makers' Story Trouble Makers' started, like most restaurants, as a dream. Our specific dream was shared between two men: Martin Magaña and Arnuflo Gonzales, who would later become the Co-Executive Chefs of the Trouble Makers' Restaurant Group. Their shared dream was simple: serve food reminiscent of the flavors and textures of their lived experiences, thus creating meaningful, vibrant, and delicious plates. We’re obsessed with the craft of smoked meat. Our certified humanely-raised meats are dry rubbed, slow smoked, and sauced by you. In some cases, we began smoking your meat yesterday to ensure you get the perfect quality barbecue. We smoke our meats in small batches, all-day, every-day. In some cases, we sell out when items are in high demand, but sit back, savor a bourbon or two, and try something new. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy our variety!

Launched in 2020, Tricky Foods continues to delight customers with tasty charcuterie and artistic food displays. We have cute charcuterie cups for individuals, boxes, and a variety of platters (brunch, charcuterie, fruit, veggie, caprese skewer) that are perfect for cocktail hours and getting ready before the wedding too! We have provided grazing tables for 20-2,000 people, with 40+ items, that will WOW the eyes of your guests and fill their bellies! Additionally, our staffed, "Say Cheese" mobile cart is a fun experience for smaller cocktail receptions and late-night snacking. Bridal parties also bond, laugh and learn through our workshops.
