We had a 6" lemon cake filled with Bavarian cream and raspberry preserves with a vanilla almond buttercream, strawberry shortcake cupcakes, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. Our guests were RAVING about how delicious and fresh everything was, and Cami was very communicative, incredibly friendly, and professional. Portia (sorry if I misspelled it!) was absolutely amazing! the tasting went wonderful and she was very professional! the cakes we wanted were not super crazy but she nailed every part of them! We did a 2 tier marble cake which was amazing, the groom's cake was a Georgia themed Football which was 1 part carrot cake and 1 part red velvet which left us speechless, and the absolute show stopper was the banana pudding cupcakes! Oh my gravy these were the talk of the night! All the cakes were so moist and rich but also decadent and tasted like happiness lol! In regards to Portia herself, I would have to say she is a pleasure to work with! I had at least 3,475 questions throughout the process and she was so patient and understanding and on time!! “Valerie of Frosted Swirl was an absolute delight to work with while creating mine and Dylan’s dream sweetheart wedding cake and cupcakes! From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel exciting, easy, and so special. We started with a tasting box, and honestly… we wished we could have chosen every single flavor. Each cupcake was beautifully crafted and unbelievably delicious. “Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. Every single dessert we sampled was scrumptious - it was difficult to choose only a handful for our wedding reception! For the big day, Amy went above and beyond, even learning how to make a traditional Peruvian cookie (the "alfajor") for the dessert table. She totally understood our vision for our wedding cake, too.
