The 4000 square-foot space is available for all aspects of wedding celebrations, from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding reception and day-after brunch. This delightful venue is easily accessible from the 405 and 105 Freeways, has excellent disabled access, and there is free WiFi throughout.

South Bay Customs is located in the heart of El Segundo, 10 minutes from LAX. Our eclectic, cozy, industrial space provides all you could want for a memorable wedding. We have hundreds of antique and one of a kind art pieces, a full turn-key stage, and the best lights in the area. We also have a wonderful outdoor area with comfortable furniture for your guests. Our venue started as a music recording studio. We still have several studios that operate Monday through Friday. The event business was born out of people coming into the recording studios and asking if they could throw a party in our space and one thing led to another. Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. With warm wood floors, expansive rooms, exposed brick walls, two exterior courtyards, high exposed beam ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, this is one of the most unique event spaces in Los Angeles. Fantastic natural light, incredible architectural detail and a great variety of texture and shape make our possibilities endless!

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.
