We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Michigan State University Horticulture Gardens. Victoria was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond helping us with decorating, vendor coordination, and layout planning. The venue itself is stunning with the perfect balance of existing plants, so we didn't need to bring in many decorations except for the tables! As a surprise, they installed new string lights across the ceiling two weeks before our wedding, and they kept them up as a permanent addition to the space. They even unlocked the butterfly garden so we could get photos there. From start to finish, Victoria's attention to detail and willingness to make our day special made all the difference! We were afraid that the space would feel too warm having to stay at a regulated temperature for the plants, but it was very comfortable from start to finish! We even closed the doors at one point to keep it warmer. (Our wedding day was about 62 degrees and windy)

The Cadillac Room was a great value for our wedding. They communicated only via email, but responded quickly to any questions we had. On the day of, they provided everything that was included in our plan and were quick to address any issues that came up. The only negatives would be that they were pretty inflexible with some things - we weren't allowed to decorate or even store items the night before, and the earliest we could access the venue was 8am the day of the wedding which was pretty stressful. Overall however, the quality of their work was very good and they helped make our special day run smoothly.
