The Farm at Frog Hollow is an event venue with a difference. Architecturally, the barn is referred to as a “monitor” style, and its distinctive look was developed in the 1890s. Remember, that before weddings took over, barns were first and foremost a dwelling for livestock and a repository for hay and grain, and the monitor design created optimal flow of air and light, better both for the animals and their feed. So, how does that translate into spaces for 21st century events? Frog Hollow is comfortable and cozy, intimate when it needs to be. The Farm at Frog Hollow lends itself seamlessly to a myriad of events, from weddings to parties, from showers to concerts. The barn is warm and inviting for small gatherings, but spacious expansive enough for groups up to 250. The Garvey Barn is a beautifully restored centennial barn originally built in the late 1800’s . We are located in Williamsburg, Michigan close to Traverse City and Lake Michigan. The Barn has been lovingly restored by the Garvey family and is now home to weddings and special events. Its hand-hewn beams tie the Barn to its past while it’s dance floor quality flooring is unique in the region . Its meticulous reconstruction make it the most spectacular barn in the region . Nestled in a small valley, the pastoral setting makes this unique venue the perfect choice for your special occasion.

Located in Petoskey, Michigan, Stafford's Perry Hotel is an elegant waterfront wedding venue with stunning views of Little Traverse Bay. This classic hotel offers a vintage and romantic ambiance, a picturesque backdrop for a celebration of your love. Exchange vows in the beautiful Rose Garden Veranda for a summer celebration among the lush greenery and gorgeous flowers. After, you and you can move inside the H.O. Rose Room for an evening of dining and dancing with up to 200 guests. This ballroom space connects to a porch providing spectacular views of Lake Michigan and the enchanting garden. Our charming Country Inn built in 1886, has been enchanting visitors for over 130 years. Located in the historic association of Bay View, Stafford’s Bay View Inn boasts 31 Victorian style rooms, many overlooking the crystal clear waters of Little Traverse Bay. The Inn provides an intimate atmosphere and can be rented in its entirety, or in part, for special events. Each area boasts a singular feel all its own and includes Stafford’s signature hospitality service. Our promise to you is a memorable event with historic charm.

The Oliver Art Center is a modern architectural gem housed within a historic building on scenic Betsie Bay and the Lake Michigan shoreline. With capacity for 100+ guests, the venue features a furnished outdoor deck, for sunset views (included in the rental fee) and original artwork on display. Guest accommodations are abundant in the area including a hotel across the street from the venue. Tables and chairs are provided as part of the rental cost. Use of a professional kitchen for staging food and beverages is available for an additional fee.

Located in Marion, MI, the Olde Mill event spaces include Olde Mill Venue, The Olde Mill, and Olde Mill Lodge. We even have a mobile photo booth, Olde Mill Photo. With two event spaces, one building for lodging, indoor or outdoor ceremony options, and a photo booth you’ll find exactly what you need on one property. Olde Mill Venue can seat up to 350 people and has a rustic/industrial atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to eat, drink, and be married! The Olde Mill is sure to be a fit for any bride looking for an intimate rustic wedding, seating up to 100 people. This will also have our indoor ceremony area. Olde Mill Lodge is our bridal and groom suite building, along with our outdoor ceremony area. The Lodge sleeps up to 18 people, has dual dressings rooms, and a bride/groom suite for the night of the wedding. Olde Mill Photo is a renovated 1980’s horse trailer that fits our photo booth and adds fun and memories to any wedding!

It is located directly across from Lake Michigan and sits on 15 acres of land with natural beauty and lush gardens. The Grain Loft is a large open space with floor-to-ceiling windows, remodeled bathrooms and views of the garden. It has exposed ductwork, barn wood beams, soaring ceiling heights and cement floors. The main building also features an outdoor patio, beautiful bar, and kitchen. The second floor serves as additional seating/entertaining area and a private suite.
