At The Vault, we believe the best wedding moments happen in the in-between—the welcome drinks, the laughter-filled dinners, the quiet morning coffees, and the heartfelt goodbyes. Our boutique venue was designed to hold it all. Set inside a restored historic bank in downtown Traverse City, The Vault offers an intimate event space paired with on-site accommodations featuring three king bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bath. It’s the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, getting-ready mornings, farewell brunches, and small private events. The Vault offers premium experiences such as hosting an unforgettable sunset cruise or welcome excursion aboard our private yacht. Couples love the ease of hosting everything in one place, the warmth of the space, and the way The Vault feels more like a private gathering home than a traditional venue. Our Signature Wedding Weekend Package builds on our Base Package with added flexibility and full-service hosting for a seamless, elevated experience. It includes our mobile bartending and hosted event services, and light vendor coordination support. From welcome drinks to farewell brunch, we take care of the flow, setup, music, tidying, and guest experience so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Wedding Weekend at The Vault
The Vault was the perfect setting for our entire wedding weekend. We hosted our welcome party, and send-off brunch all in one place, and it truly felt like a home base for our closest family and friends. From the moment we arrived, Michael and Miranda made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. They were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our weekend special. Their attention to detail and hospitality set the tone for the entire experience, and it was clear they had created The Vault with gatherings like this in mind. The space itself is beautifully designed and incredibly versatile, making it easy to transition from one celebration to the next without ever feeling rushed. Our welcome party was a highlight — relaxed, joyful, and the perfect way to kick off the weekend — and ending everything with a casual brunch allowed us to spend meaningful time with our guests before saying goodbye. The Vault isn’t just a venue; it’s a place where people come together and make lasting memories.
