Hey, I’m Karrn! I’m a Michigan based travel wedding photographer & I'm obsessed with film-forward, romantic, and cinematic imagery. I photograph with vintage 35mm and medium format cameras for that soft, textured, one-of-a-kind look. Alongside film, I use professional digital cameras to document the full day seamlessly, with true-to-life edits that keep color natural and moments feeling honest. I'm a mother, certified K-12 Art teacher and a very kind, patient, silly and passionate artist! Let's connect!

My approach is calm and intuitive — I focus on documenting real moments as they happen, and create editorial portraits that feel relaxed, effortless and natural rather than stiffly posed. I have a BA degree in photography and over 10 years experience documenting hundreds of weddings, I’m drawn to the honest in-between moments, meaningful details, and emotional rhythm of the day — creating images that feel artful, personal, and real.

    Incredible crowd control!

    Karrn did such an amazing job wrangling our families, we had a super last minute hardly planned wedding with a very loose schedule and lots of moving pieces, let me tell you Karrn was the lighthouse in the storm! She was very pleasant but firm and got people where they needed to be. Her demeanor calmed my nerves and she really helped us relax and enjoy our moment. The results were absolutely fantastic, she totally captured the vibe we were going for. Thanks so much Karrn!!
