The typical response I get from couples when touring is “ this place is beautiful…and it’s so quiet “ . We are not a winery . On your wedding day you have our 40 acres and the hundreds of acres of adjacent meadowland to yourself . The barn flooring is dance floor quality . We have the only “big ass fans” in the region [ come in handy on a warm day] We are a mile or so from the full service Grand Traverse Resort . Unlike much of our region we have a large selection of accommodations nearby. We are 12 miles from Traverse City and Elk Rapids and 2 miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. Horses will be in the pasture .
