    Koti Cabin is the best!!!!!

    Koti Cabins could not be more perfect! The rooms are a great price and very spacious and modern. We used Koti for our entire bridal party’s stay, and we used the gather/event space for our rehearsal dinner, as well as our morning of getting ready. Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful. They allowed us to bring our dogs. And they allowed us to make room blocks for our guests. Sam made everything so easy and was very kind and generous - could not ask for better service!

    Highly recommended!

    The outdoor setting in northern Michigan was absolutely stunning—it felt like we had our own private retreat for the celebration. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up, and the staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and supported. We couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for our wedding, and the whole experience left us feeling grateful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beautiful venue with people who truly care.

While 20 of our cabins feature stepped entryways from the road, Cabin 13 offers direct, step-free access. For any accessibility needs at our other cabins, we have ramps readily available upon request to ensure all of your guests feel right at home.
21 Unique Cabins: Fully reserved for your group for a 2+ night stay, creating your own private village experience for the entire weekend. Exclusive Venue & Ceremony Sites: Complete privacy for both your ceremony and reception—the property is entirely yours.
