Toni helped me navigate different parts of the wedding, going above and beyond her caterer role. Together we worked around our budget. She didn't push me to go beyond the budget and really heard what I had to say. She was genuine, personable, and all around a wonderful human and professional to work with. I have one photo at this time and will add later! Toni made sure we did not miss any food during our busy timeline. For instance, when we were saying hello to everyone during cocktail hour, we did not have time to get appetizers but Toni and her team saved every single one for us and brought it to us right before our meal! After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Luongo Barbecue recently relocated from Texas to PA, and we went out on a limb to book them without actually trying any of their food prior to the wedding. It may have been a risk, but it paid off even more than we could have imagined. The service was spectacular, and the food was top-notch. We've been eating the leftovers for the last week, and we still can't get enough. No matter what food you get from Luongo Barbecue, you will be extremely happy, but MAKE SURE YOU GET THE SMOKED CHICKEN NUGGETS!”

“Upohar was recommended to us because we knew we wanted a caterer that could pull in lots of flavor for our guests coming in from all over the US as well as Mexico and Puerto Rico. Not only did they nail a jam packed menu request but also went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the table settings just right AND pull in little extras that were most important to the Bride and Groom's personal tastes - who doesn't love pan dulce (mexican sweet breads)?! Sri, the owner, was so thoughtful in preparing and sharing a tasting menu that gave us a sense for ALL that could be done by her team and Stephanie, director of operations, was meticulous and methodical in her ongoing support and encouragement to support us throughout our planning. The final ingredient to the spectacular interaction provided was Stephanie finding me, the bride, a Day of Coordinator, for a small added cost, that was an exact match for my personality and had a lock on the desired wedding theme - Spanish/Boho/Romantic. Overall, the menu the look and the experience of working with Upohar was a "gift" - which fits given it means they lived up to their namesake! We cannot wait to find more reasons to work with or recommend Upohar to friends and family...and maybe troll their events for more of their OUT OF THIS WORLD pernil and coconut rice!”

“The whole team at Bissou made our wedding amazing! Their coordinators- Esther & Ty made me feel so taken care of the entire night of our wedding and the week leading up. We had them handle the coordination, florals, cake, bartending, and full catering, and the whole experience was fantastic! We had a wedding of around 80 guests, and there was plenty of food, and it was delicious. The cake was wonderful, and the platter they made for our cocktail hour was custom Greek and sooo good! The only thing is that Chef T sometimes can be hard to reach, so I would definitely work with Esther as his main point of contact/coordinator. However, he is so lovely and sweet, and his food is fabulous!”
