Originally built as the Union and Peoples National Bank the second floor is where the tellers were located. The second floor ballroom was renovated in 2021 and opened in October. The 4,800 square foot space is a one of a kind space that is perfect for celebrating your special events! This unique design creates a stunning setting for wedding receptions, private parties, and corporate events for as many as 200 seated guests. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. There are three different areas available for utilization: the upstairs, downstairs, and an outside location. The upstairs houses a theater styled hall, a bridal suite, a grooms room, and two restrooms. The theater styled hall consists of a stage lining the back wall and elevated theater style seating along the side walls. The downstairs houses male & female restrooms, a kitchen available for catering, and a reception hall. Round tables and chairs are provided along with their set up and tear down. There is also an outside location available upon request. An individual will be on-site for supervision.
