All stays require a $300 cleaning fee.

Enjoy a cozy and unique stay in our charming cottage. Perfect for 2–4 guests, the cottage offers a private retreat surrounded by the beauty of the countryside. What makes this space especially unique is its direct connection to the Groom’s Room, creating a convenient and memorable experience for wedding weekends. Whether you're preparing for the big day or enjoying a relaxing getaway, the cottage provides comfort, privacy, and easy access to the venue. All stays require a $200 cleaning fee.

Our over 100 year old barn measures 60 x 36 plus an additional 15 x 36 loft for a total of 2,700 square feet. Our open air pavilion measures 40 x 60 for a total of 2,400 square feet. The barn and patio allows for 250 guests, including the wedding party.
We have several locations for wedding ceremonies including, in the barn, in the patio pavillion, or overlooking the pond surrounded by weeping willows.
Yes you can
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date. There is a 3.5% service fee for all charges processed through credit card.
Yes. Some areas of the barn and outbuildings do provide air conditioning and/or large fans for cooling included in the base price. Additional air conditioning and heat is available at $250 per day. We also have patio heaters available as needed, for rent at $75.00 per heater. Each heater lasts or 8-10 hours.
