Having launched the studio after numerous years in the corporate world - I couldn’t be happier to now be living my passion to impact the lives of others with flowers. I own a locally based floral studio in Snohomish County - servicing Washington state and beyond. We are excited to work with you to create high texture/unique custom flower arrangements. Although I call Bellingham and the Pacific Northwest home now, I grew up on my family's farm in Michigan's rural Upper Peninsula, also known as 'the U.P.' At heart, I'm still and always will be a die-hard 'Yooper.' My dad, Chip, who is one of my biggest heroes, taught me how to grow, forage for, and arrange flowers around our farm while I was growing up. We used to make things together and sell them at the local farmers market on the weekends. So in some ways, I've been doing this work all my life. I started working in the floral industry in Bellingham before branching out on my own as Pozie by Natalie in 2015.

Two Owl Co flowers prioritize beauty and sustainability - we are foam-free, source exclusively American-grown flowers (from our fields and local farmers whenever possible), and forage wild materials from our farm's woods. Owner & Creative Director Rachel has a background in theater production and fiber arts, and sees florals as a beautiful opportunity to combine human creativity with nature's artistry. I love expressing, interpreting and creating backdrops for love stories of all kinds, using the color, light and texture of local, seasonal blooms. I started my design business in Seattle 12 years ago and am now based in Bellingham, where I grow cut flowers and have access to amazing locally sourced blooms.

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

It started on a small vegetable farm outside of Seattle. A love of growing vegetables turned into trying my hand at growing flowers. Eventually, a niche was found and I started growing flowers for weddings. Growing flowers turned into a love of making bouquets and designing centerpieces. Along with that, came a love of getting to know the couples I was working with, understanding the vision that they had for their wedding day, and finding the decor that would bring that vision to life. I love setting the mood of an event with beautiful lush flowers and decor that make you and your guests feel welcome.
