My love for camera work started when I took an elective class for college, taking it as an easy credit. Little did I know, this one class would change my life! After doing a few shoots with an old Canon Rebel T1, I started mentoring under seasoned photographers. I was able to really hone my skills and style, and eventually I ventured to create NBS.

I started filming weddings about 10 years ago while I was in college. I’m a hopeless romantic and storyteller at heart, so when I discovered my passion for film making, it was a perfect match. Documenting this moment for couples and their families is very personal to me. From the very beginning, my goal has always been to deliver a film that the couple will forever cherish. I capture all of the details and settings but what I focus on most are the relationships. Love will endure forever. I used to produce and plan tens of weddings in downtown West Palm at a 4-5 star venue. During covid-19 I developed my videography skills alongside fitness influencers and branding and brought my new skillset into the wedding industry and have shot my handful of weddings. A little about me: I am a Tampa Bay grown, soflo living videographer, a master's student in mental health, hold a BA in media from PBAU, and surf in my free time. I love God, people, family and friends above all.

A former U.S. Army combat photographer and videographer, Paul Slavonik has over 20 years of audio and video production experience. Paul has a B.S. in Audio Production from Full Sail University and is also a graduate of Baker University’s Audio Recording Engineering program. An award-winning filmmaker, Paul has filmed over 160 weddings all over DFW everywhere from chapels on the water to the home of one of the most famous Dallas Cowboys.

I've been creating wedding films since 2016, and in that time I’ve learned that story is EVERYTHING. You have a unique story that deserves to be told. A “highlight film”, a random collection of shots from your wedding, doesn’t do your story justice. That’s why we set ourselves up to tell your unique story by interviewing you before your wedding day.

First things first - you should know that I’m a Cancer sun, moon, and rising - which basically means I’m one of the most emotional people you will ever meet. That’s why being your wedding videographer is the perfect job for me. Emotion drives every aspect of my storytelling because my goal is to give you a wedding film that is totally personal, unique, and genuine - just like your love story. I’ve been shooting video for about ten years. After getting my BFA in film production, I worked in the commercial video world, on music videos, covered live events, but my heart lies in the wedding industry.

We met at a smoothie and film party in college, during which, I (Matt) let out my inner Shakespeare and screamed at Rachel from a balcony. We were married in Texas Hill country amidst close friends. Rachel forgot she needed a bouquet, but a close friend came to the rescue. We made promises to each other and then took time to pray to make promises to God about our marriage. We did without much of the traditional aspects of a wedding: no dancing, no toasts, no exchanged rings, no wedding party…you get the idea…but we did spend 3 hours with their wedding videographers. The day was perfect, because it was perfect for us.
