For starters, when my now husband and I were looking for a photographer, we were looking for someone who would capture our vision. Something outside of the ordinary and completely non-traditional. We stumbled upon his website and work. Boy, Oh boy! I was left speechless. Each piece I saw of Zorz just told a story! A story of love, definition, purpose, and, most of all, happiness. “We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

“MU8 Bridal was the perfect choice. I used Patrice and her team based on the fact that I had a small bridal party - just my maid of honor and his best man. My maid of honor is a beautiful black woman and I heard stories of POC having a terrible time with makeup artists. MU8 promotes that they do all skin types and their online presence demonstrated this. When I did the pre-booking call, Patrice completely put my mind at ease for my best friend. A month before our trial - I had to have major surgery which required me to be quarantined for 2-3 months after. Patrice was very supportive and worked with me to get our trial rebooked even though it would have been a month and a half before the wedding. She even celebrated with me (much needed transplant). The day of the trial - it felt like a small party; she and her team (Bridget and Madison) were so much fun and asked such detailed questions. They nailed it the first time for both of us and we looked exactly as we had described. The day of the wedding was no different. They also did my mother's hair and mother-in-law's makeup. They were so organized and lively, so much so that we were ahead of schedule. It did rain and it was humid but the hair and makeup on everyone stayed perfectly. Due to some medical reasons, I had a massive bruise on my left arm. Madison was able to cover it completely and it stayed for the entire night!! I had so much fun with MU8 and WILL be using them in the future for any other makeup/hair needs. I have nothing but amazing things to say!”

“Tiffany (an artist at PriscillaM Beauty) was a true professional and pleasure to work with for my wedding day beauty. From the start, the company was upfront and informative about their capabilities, which I really appreciated. When I inquired/sought reassurance, they were honest about the different hair types they were most experienced with, and instead of wasting my time or just taking my money, they let me know their stylist was not a good fit. Which allowed me to book elsewhere in a timely manner. On the day of, Tiffany was fantastic at keeping me and the others on schedule, checking in to add any final touches to my makeup once I got in my dress since I had to do so earlier than necessary. The final result was absolutely beautiful - everyone loved my natural yet glamorous look. Also, my makeup required no touchups for the 10 hours it was on my face! While the communication leading up to the wedding could have been a bit more easy as you don’t get contact info for your artist until right before (so it was a little inconvenient to have to reach out to mainline or email just to ask a quick question, provide an update, etc.), PriscillaM Beauty's attention to detail, skill, and commitment to making my day perfect made them an invaluable part of my wedding team. We would absolutely recommend and rebook for other occasions!”
