We had a dream wedding day at Villa Toscana. Everything was perfect and a wonderful experience and I was the princess for a day and all our guests. Adrian made everything so easy for us and was there with us every step of the way. From beginning to end he systematically removed any worries or concerns we may have had, most of them without us having to mention anything. The location, table arrangements and lighting were all beautiful and the house set up is perfect for getting ready and relaxing. We will never forget our dream day. The oolite limestone barn and home are meticulously maintained and have been lovingly preserved in every aspect. The property is still today a working native plant nursery. The Cooper Estate was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was prompt, comprehensive, and perfect - they answered every single question and concern we had. Having our wedding at Deering Estate was a dream come true. The view is indescribable. On our first time visiting, we knew this was the place for us. Christina gave us our initial tour and helped us throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with! Especially since it was a destination wedding for us, it was a comfort being left in good hands. Overall, communication with Christina was amazing, but there was a lapse between what we were told by Christina and the security on the day of our wedding. Security tried to lock us out of a room we paid for, as well as the room where our wedding party was meant to keep all of our personal belongings. My husband and wedding planner got everything straightened out when they were eventually able to get in contact with Christina (for some reason, it was harder to reach her that day). Although, that situation definitely put a damper on our special day; all in all, we’d do it again! Deering allows you to bring outside caterers and services to their beautiful location, so we truly got everything we wanted. It was a blessing of a day and better than any wedding I could’ve dreamt for myself. 10/10 would recommend this location for ANY event. (Just ensure you have adequate bug spray and extra lights around your set up for when it gets dark, as the property does not provide any!)

I got married here January 2025 and I cannot recommend Cauley Square enough! The venue offers an incredibly affordable all inclusive option for 100 guests which included dinner, drinks, all tables and chairs etc, DJ, and photographer--making the wedding planning so much easier. All I needed to do was book make up artists (the venue has a bridal suite for getting ready), buy a dress and set up some DIY decorations. The venue itself is incredibly charming, we got rave reviews from our guests who loved the atmosphere. Food is prepared by an onsite restaurant and so it was actually really delicious. And Abby (day of coordinator/wedding planner) was the sweetest and so incredibly helpful. Because of poor weather, we needed to move the reception indoors and set up tents for the outdoor ceremony. Abby made sure everything looked amazing and facetimed me the day before so I could see how the indoor set up was coming along. When I was disappointed that the reception could not be outdoors, the owner purchased new outdoor lights to create a little outdoor area for guests to hang out. This venue truly goes above and beyond! A hidden gem for sure!!

We had the best experience with this venue! The bride and groom suites were beautiful and super comfortable which was perfect for getting ready with our 3 bridesmaids and 3 groomsmen. The venue was all gorgeous, with lush greenery and coral pathways that made everything feel so special. Our 50 guests loved walking around and taking photos since there are so many pretty spots everywhere. The space flowed so smoothly from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, which made the day feel easy and stress-free and cohesive. The coordinator Margarita was amazing so attentive and accommodating the whole time. We’d definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-run place for their wedding!

Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove was the perfect venue for our wedding. Ruth, the Event Manager was very attentive to detail and ensured our day ran smoothly. The ballroom featured majestic bay views that wowed our guests. We were especially impressed by the Honeymoon suite and the romantic turndown service provided. Courtyard Coconut Grove is a wonderful wedding venue that is very affordable and provides exceptional catering service. Ruth and her team were amazing to work with and made our special day truly unforgettable.

We worked with Melissa throughout the entire process and she was the most calming presence in what many know to be a stressful planning process. She answered our hundreds of questions and was so responsive! She made sure that every detail, including guest allergy accommodations were taken care of and she helped us with last minute changes until the 11th hour. We hosted our wedding at EPIC and loved everything about the venue. The food was fantastic, the views for the outdoor ceremony were beautiful, and the ballroom was sophisticated, warm, and inviting. We also hosted a room block for our guests, and everyone had the most wonderful things to say about the accommodations and location. Holly was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so fun, kind, and responsive, and she went above and beyond to work with us to incorporate our visions. We truly enjoyed spending time with her throughout the entire process, as she expertly answered our hundreds of emails and questions. We were worried hosting our wedding at a hotel pool/ballroom could be impersonal, but the moment we first saw the spaces and met Holly we knew this was no ordinary hotel wedding venue. Lastly, having the ceremony and reception venues, food, rentals, and hotel block all combined with one amazing point of contact made everything so much easier on us. We can’t recommend EPIC and Holly highly enough.

I was so happy with our entire wedding weekend at the Faena. We had our ceremony with 270 people on the beach, cocktail hour in and around the mammoth garden, and ceremony across the street at the Forum. Due to pricing we did a complete buyout of Casa Faena and had guests who wanted to stay at the main Faena Hotel book on their own. The guests who stayed at Casa Faena raved about it. Staff was friendly and they loved the charm of the boutique hotel and spent a lot of time on the roof). It comes without saying, the entire staff at the main hotel was also exceptional. As for the wedding I couldn’t say better things. The food was delicious from the cocktail hour to the late night snacks. The drinks were flowing, the there was a great selection in the standard menu that came with the wedding pricing. The weather helped the beach ceremony go without a flaw. Cocktail hour at sunset near the mammoth was dreamy. The Forum was such a cool space the have the reception. The guests loved the unique room, and the sound was great. We were worried after reading a review about the acoustics with the tall ceilings, but we were very pleased. Overall, this was a great place to host a wedding. P.S. when you book a wedding with the Faena a bridal concierge is included. Hilda! She was the best and so helpful throughout the day – the one person I didn’t know I needed. She helped me and the bridesmaids while we were getting ready, helped usher my husband around the property, and was always ready with a new drink while we were on the dance floor. She is the best!
