The building housing West Sixth Covington Haus has a rich history. Originally erected as a firehouse, it boasts beautiful arched windows and intricate exterior stonework. Over the years, it has been home to several notable establishments. We have options for a semi-private rehearsal dinner or welcome party space as well as a full building buy out to host your wedding! West Sixth Brewing is an award-winning brewery based in Lexington, Kentucky, operating a taproom in our home city, a farm in Frankfort, a Louisville taproom in the NuLu neighborhood, and new Covington Haus taproom in Covington, KY. We produce a wide variety of beers that we distribute throughout Kentucky. Northwood Cider Company is Greater Cincinnati's first dedicated hard cider company. We craft our cider from fresh pressed apples, never from concentrate. Real hard cider made to share with real friends. The way it should be. We strongly believe in community, authenticity, health and fun. All things that lead to a great party! Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. In the centuries since Whiskey Hollow was settled, those karrikins have been at work to bring distilling back to this very location on Cincinnati’s east side. In Spring of 2017, seven founding members with experience in brewing & distilling, woodworking, design, and more came together to purchase a building formerly occupied by Swallen’s and later, DnD Metal to start a journey of flavor and fire. From there, Karrikin Spirits Company was formed — a full-service, grain to glass distillery producing handcrafted spirits, sparkling spirits, non-alcoholic sodas, and beer. Inspired by the airy tranquility of the California desert, west coast vibes, and a little Palm Springs glam, this 11,000 square foot industrial beauty has been transformed into a celebration destination only 10 miles east of downtown Cincinnati. To create a base palette for you, we’ve salvaged the original 1950 structure and elements of the building, to allow its history to shine through. The open space includes exposed rafters, polished concrete floors, and extra large windows for natural light. We’ve layered in modern amenities and elegant lighting.

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.

Located in the heart of Cincinnati's OTR neighborhood, catering to your need for an intimate social canvas to host Bridal & Baby Showers as well as your Rehearsal Dinner needs. Our dual sided space can accommodate up to 75 guests for a seated reception. In need of a little more room? We are proud to offer BASH, our newest modern event space boosting over 3000 square feet of open space. Located in the newly renovated ELM Industries BASH is bursting with detail and waiting for you to add your touch to welcome up to 125 guests for your big day.

The function room is a brilliant white area that can be decorated to suit your needs and preferred color scheme. The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.
