“we absolutely loved working with oak and pearl from start to finish! they were very responsive and communicative from the get go, answering all of our questions and being thorough with getting info from us of what we wanted. we got the legacy collection package which gave us the biggest bang for our buck; they provided so much more than other videographers did for similar pricing, and booking oak and pearl was BEYOND worth it. on the wedding day, they were super professional and did an amazing job of staying hidden and out of the way, so much so that i didn't even realize they were there until i was having my first looks, and apparently they were in the getting ready room with me after i had put my dress on, LOL. even while staying hidden, they still got all of the shots that we wanted. it's clear from watching our videos back that they are highly experienced and know what they're doing. our videos are SO high quality and were delivered in a very timely manner. we are so happy that we booked with oak and pearl to capture our special day, the day goes by so fast and our memories of it are such a blur that having these videos is everything to us because it allows us to relive the day and jogs our own memories of it happening. we could not recommend oak and pearl enough!!”

“I am writing this review wayyyy too late (a little over 2 years after my wedding) and it has been eating me away inside because I need to give Mason(aka Anchor Pictures) all the praise they deserve. As a wedding planner myself, I had worked with Mason and Savannah previously and found them to be so sweet and easy to work with as well as extremely professional. I knew that when I got married they would be at the top of my list for videography and I was so glad they were available! My husband still talks about how absolutely sweet and helpful Mason was on the day of our wedding, assisting him in getting his bow tie on when no one else knew how. He worked perfectly with our photographer team and even when we ran slightly behind schedule due to hair and makeup, he was on it with getting all the shots needed quickly so we could get back on track. The videos themselves I could watch on repeat constantly, every day, for the rest of my life. I still cry watching the full video and cannot stop smiling when I watch the teaser and full 8 minute cut. The drone shots, the details, all cut together seamlessly with our music and clips of the ceremony and speeches. Mason’s work is beautiful, the camerawork and shots are breathtaking and made my humble backyard wedding look like a high budget royal wedding video. I love it sooooo much and am forever grateful that we will one day be able to watch this video with our children as well as show other family members who were not able to make it that day. Not only did she go above and beyond repeatedly - in going to bat to get vendors to lower prices for us, in being just a text away every day the month proceeding the wedding, in putting up with three hour calls where we also discussed family dramas -- she was always friendly, professional, and a genuine delight, helping manage stress and ensure everything went smoothly, even when the best man was doing things like forget he needed a suit, or jeweler wasn't responding to bride's texts and I couldn't get a quote back for rings weeks before the wedding....it was Angelita to the rescue! She took over all communications with the vendors beforehand, organized and ensured everyone had their marching orders (literally when it came to her air-traffic controller maneuvers down the aisle). That the day-of was drama free, an absolute blast, and so much fun, we hoped for -- but that the months before were, was an unexpected joy, and that was because of Angelita. Payment was easy, and options were extremely flexible. AND she helped provide resources for our honeymoon planning, just cause! “Julian at Limelight and DJ Rashaun were absolutely perfect for us. We knew the vibe we wanted — and, frankly, it was a little off the beaten path since we wanted a bit of a 1930s feeling. We thought we were doomed, though, because we're terrible at selecting exact songs and had no sense of how the music fit into the overall schedule of the night. We hadn't thought past our ceremony! Julian kept things positive, steered us when we had no idea what to do, but gave us space to put our stamp on our evening when he could sense we had ideas burbling. He was helpful, positive and always prompt without ever being pushy, and so many of our favorite moments came out of the things he got us to think about. Rashaun was awesome too. He took our weird list of preferred songs and turned it into an amazing night of love, dining, and dancing. It felt like he'd known for years, always hitting the right classic hit, the right remix, the right memory moments. He was such a kind and lovely man too. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!”

I’ve been running Ridiculous Entertainment as my main business for 14 years. I picked up DJing as a hobby when I was in high school, falling in love with hip-hop and learning to scratch records. Throughout my college years, I DJed tons of parties. I now also work in live audio engineering, record albums in my home studio, play in bands, and produce stage shows with the Baltimore Rock Opera Society (BROS).
