The Davis-Shai House is available for your birthday party, business meetings, memorials, showers, rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions and more. Choose one of our historic rooms for an intimate gathering, one of our beautiful banquet rooms for your reception, or our beautifully landscaped lawn for outdoor weddings. All rooms are available for rental only or with the option of in-house catering and a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. Originally built in 1923, this historic estate features a mansion which serves as the restaurant. The converted stable serves as the pub. The estate also boasts a newer ballroom able to accommodate 250 guests. The Venetian Ballroom offers full-service catering, decorative rentals, custom installations & event planning.

Chauncey and Cleopatra Case settled in Hudson in 1814 and the Case Barlow Farm was a family run farm until 1995. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities.
