What our experience looked like was monthly meetings where we would go over our schedule, vendors, timeline, and all the other fun details that go into planning a wedding. She was always incredibly organized, responsive, and willing to answer any question we had — no matter how big or small. She helped us work through details we didn’t even realize we needed to think about and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
In the months before our wedding date, Jenn had a full spreadsheet of the timeline and vendor info put together for us. I cannot describe into words how valuable these two items were. To be able to see how the wedding day would play out, where everyone needed to be, when things were happening, and who was responsible for what gave us so much peace of mind. It took so much of the guesswork and stress out of the final weeks leading up to the wedding. We knew that Jenn had thought through every little detail, and that if something came up, she would know exactly how to handle it.
On our wedding day, my now-wife and I were a mess. There were so many emotions, moving parts, and little things happening all at once, but Jenn was a calming force throughout the entire day. She was always one step ahead, making sure we knew where we needed to be and what was happening next, while also handling everything behind the scenes. Anytime we had a question or started to feel overwhelmed, Jenn was there with an answer and a solution. She gave us the ability to stop worrying about the logistics and actually be present and enjoy our wedding day. Looking back, I think that may have been the most valuable thing she gave us.
There are so many other wonderful things about Jenn that I could not fit into this review. What I will say is that throughout our entire experience, Jenn has been a consummate professional, incredibly organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. When I asked Jenn why she would choose to do what has been the most stressful part of our lives for a living, she told me, “I do it because I get to see the joy.” I think that one sentence really tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person she is. She genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply about the couples she works with. If you are considering hiring Jenn, I cannot recommend her enough. She was worth every penny and then some, and we are so grateful not only that she was such an amazing coordinator, but that through this experience, she became someone we can now call a friend.”
