The Yellow House is a beautiful historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 expansive acres of farmland. The house annually attracts thousands of visitors and wedding guests when our field of 1.2 million sunflowers blooms in August. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse which seats up to 50, as well as the manicured grounds which seats up to 300 in one of our tents.

We are a 75,000 square foot, full service facility, housing a 15,000 square foot grand lobby as well as a 1,000 square foot indoor chapel.
