We’ll sit down with you from the very start to plan a menu that feels like you, with custom menus, craft cocktails, and every table set with our china and flatware. And every dish is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients, down to the sauces and dressings. When the day arrives, we take care of every detail, so all that’s left for you is to be with the people you love, share a wonderful meal, and celebrate.

Creator, owner, chef, and lead dishwasher - Emily Knowlton - has a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire. She enjoys cooking, recipe creating, gardening, and farm shopping. She's the mad scientist behind the majority of our wedding menus and loves making what seems impossible - possible. She’s happiest in Mickey Mouse ears, obsessed with her dog, a dressage queen, and apprentice gardener. She spends the time she’s not obsessively scrolling through the internet and flipping through cookbooks for inspiration, wedding planning for her 2022 Disney World wedding.
