Hey there! My name is Angelina and I started practicing photography in August 2020, but I've had an interest in it since I was 13 years old (I really wanted to shoot for National Geographic). Now I've expanded into portraits, engagement sessions, and I've done small weddings. I'm a Chicago native but I've also lived in Iowa, Arizona, Nebraska, Texas, & now Mississippi!! What can I say, I enjoyed a somewhat nomadic lifestyle. I also just got married on August 31st, so I know how it feels to be both a service provider and a customer! My style of photography is more candid with a documentary style approach, but I do love a good editorial moment!

In 2019, my daughter’s best friend was getting married. We showed up to rehearsal to assist with preparations only to be met with panic. Her mother & sisters were frantically looking for an officiant. Why? The pastor overbooked himself and backed out… right before the rehearsal! I jumped into the search but we all came up empty-handed. The rest is history! Beyond booking concerns of having limited officiants available to perform services during the busy seasons, there seems to be a great amount of judgement at play when your traditional officiants won’t perform a marriage ceremony. This is not something you have to worry about with me.

When I started photography I felt almost embarrassed that I was doing something, that at the time, seemed so cliche. I knew I had a lot of growing to do as a photographer and I was eager to learn. DJ Wes a.k.a. Wesley Flint has been entertaining people all his life. From a very young age, Wesley has enjoyed the thrill of being on the big stage. Entertaining others is what he loves to do. Some of Wesley’s earliest memories of this ‘entertainment bug’ occured during the early 70’s while he was growing up in Florida.
