We specialize in a very affordable venue rate that includes amenities such as tables, chairs, linens, table settings, glassware, catering serving pieces, outdoor heaters, & sun umbrellas. We have a very generous inventory of decor items that you may use...all included in the venue rental rate. This leaves you with a budget to spend on other important aspects of your special day. We can do an all-inclusive quote for your OR leave the vendor selection up to you! Either way, our staff at the Willow Creek Inn will assist you in making your every dream come true. Also, we can host all sorts of gatherings and parties for your closest family and friends, such as Anniversary, Engagement, Celebration of Life, and Birthdays, simply inquire for those rates outside of full wedding services. Verde Canyon Railroad offers a 4-hour wilderness ride into an area of extreme natural beauty, following the curves of the Verde River, 20 miles through a red rock canyon, full of unusual geology, abundant wildlife, lush greenery, and Sinagua ruins, on a historic rail route dating to 1912. Group rates are in effect if you've got 20 passengers or more and reservation & payment are coordinated by 1 individual. First Class features "living room style" seating, complimentary appetizers, and 1 complimentary glass of champagne or cider. There are 12 First Class cars. Seating capacity ranges from car to car, from 26 to 38. Larger groups can charter several adjoining cars. Full bar service is available for purchase on board. Catering may be arranged, customized to your tastes and budget. Everyone has access to outdoor viewing cars. The open-air car is generally where wedding ceremonies take place, with couples saying their vows in the center of the car surrounded by friends and family.

Our riverside, outdoor venue is a working ranch that has been in our family for 70 years. We host weddings and other events (Verde Valley Birding Festival) throughout the year. Each season brings a unique color and vibe to our property. We have several covered patios, and ceremony and reception seating for up to 100 included in every package. Additional seating can be arranged. We have onsite overnight accommodations for up to 20. There are also options for camping or bringing an RV during your event.

HPZS is a beautiful outdoor venue that has been in Prescott for over 32 years. We are a non-profit 501-C3. Your Wedding day celebration will also support Wildlife in need of Rehabilitation and Sanctuary,
