About this venue

The Woods is an outdoor venue set in the gorgeous Flagstaff forest. Ceremony space set amongst the trees, a heated open-air Pavillion for dining, and 3,000sqft of twinkle lit decking for dancing the night away under the stars. Aldea Weddings is a family-owned and operated business that was founded in 2004. We pride ourselves on offering great all-inclusive packages at affordable prices. We have established venues in Phoenix, Mesa, and Glendale. It has always been a dream of ours to be able to offer our services to Northern Arizona, and we are so excited that this dream is finally a reality!

Pavilion

The Woods offers gorgeous forest ceremony backdrops, a heated wood pavilion for outdoor dining, and over 3,000 square feet of decking for dancing under the stars. We also offer an indoor lobby, restrooms, bridal suite, and groom's room. This space is provided with wooden feasting tables and wooden cross-back chairs, your choice of our gorgeous centerpiece options, and lounge seating. An outdoor bar with professional bar service is included along with a full soda bar. ​​​We only host one event per day at The Woods so you can be sure to have complete privacy on your special day. When you book at The Woods you get full use of our venue, both the outdoor and indoor spaces.​
