Built in 1867 by French Icarian Adolphe Cambre the three bedroom home boasts original woodwork, floor plan, and windows from the 1860's. Featuring large lawns and a secluded forested area this venue will make you feel like you have stepped back in time to an enchanted farmhouse. Welcome to Knotting Hills! Our venue is conveniently located on private property in Pevely, MO, and easily accessible from Hwy 55. Sitting on just over 75 acres, we can accommodate small to large weddings and events! Knotting Hills is a scenic venue defined by sophistication and tranquility. The property is centered around serene gardens, where vibrant green lawns meet still lake waters. The St Louis Carousel is a wonderfully unique place in which to hold your special event. Our 2400 square foot gallery will seat 200 guests for a sit down dinner, 250 guests for a standing cocktail reception or 125 guests in a classroom setting. Out spacious patio is also available and holds 350 guests. The patio is perfect for an outdoor wedding or for cocktails and greeting guests. Parking is plentiful and the building is ADA accessible. All special event rentals include two staff members who will operate the Carousel during the contracted time.
