“Our family and friends recently had the opportunity to celebrate our daughter's baby shower at the Stillwater Event Center. As our daughter lives out of state, we wanted a comfortable, bright, and spacious venue that would allow us to invite spouses, significant others, and children too. It was not only a baby shower but a bit of a reunion too.
The Event Center exceeded our expectations. The space is fresh, bright, and comfortable. From the minute we contacted Todd, the owner, we were treated like guests.
Todd listened to us and helped us achieve our vision and goals for the event. His efficient and consultative approach was greatly appreciated. He was very friendly and supportive throughout the process. He made it easy to secure the space and plan the event.
Todd's communication throughout the planning process, as well as at the event, was great. He worked with us closely to understand our vision for table setup, activities, gift tables, dessert table, and decorations. He sincerely wanted to make is special for us and provided great hospitality from the day we called him until we walked out the door following our event.
The staff was flexible and very personable throughout our event. They handled the details, allowing us to enjoy this special time with family and friends.
We also used Scheel's Catering for the event and were very happy with the buffet setup, quality of food and portions. The desserts were especially popular with our guests!
We appreciated the flexibility and attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with Todd and the team at Stillwater Event Center. The location is conveniently located off Highway 36, making it easy for locals as well as out-of-town guests.
