For over 90 years, The Warehouse has been at the center of Eclectic life. Built in 1928 for Lee Hornsby, the property has been in the family since the 1880s. It held commercial activity for cotton merchandising, lumber and hardware for 3 generations. In 1996, Aubrey Hornsby repurposed it as a social/cultural center. Its massive timbers, red brick walls, old-south charm, natural architectural comfort and grassy lawns inspire down-home livability. It has hosted The Alabama Cotton Festival, church/school events, concerts, theater, receptions and parties. Corporations have used it for photo shoots and as a sound stage. We have held over 600 events including 350 weddings. Upholding the historical structure, improvements have been made to ensure comfort and ease.

Then head up to our Charn, a reclaimed 1892 Pennsylvania church frame featuring amazing hammer beam trusses. The grand hall of the barn features 37 foot ceilings, gorgeous crystal chandeliers, a caterer's dream warming kitchen and room for 200 guests. In our lodge, spacious dressing room with hair and make up stations for 6 and an additional dressing table for the bride and space just especially for the guys inside our event barn with room to hang out and get ready before the ceremony starts. We have lodging available on site to sleep a total of 28 guests and additional cabins off site as well.

Originally built in 1914 by the Free Masons, and served as their meeting place for much of the last century before it was purchased by the current owners, whose mission is to restore historic buildings in Birmingham. Woodrow Hall offers a large foyer and beautiful banquet hall with exposed brick, high ceilings with huge wooden beams as well as modern amenities such as plasma screen TV, LCD projector and modern lighting. This remarkable reception venue is full of unique architecture, character and warmth. It offers a timeless location for parties, reunions, corporate events and training programs. In addition, Woodrow Hall offers very spacious VIP rooms, perfect for bridal parties or event sponsors. “The Magnolia Room”, Woodrow Hall’s event space located on the second floor, is also available for special events, cocktail hour, training programs and other educational functions. Soirée Event Gallery is a modern wedding venue located in Birmingham, Alabama. The venue offers a versatile and luxurious ambiance with its classic ballrooms that can make each couple’s wedding day special. Soirée can accommodate up to 550 guests, with its two indoor event spaces: the Grand Ballroom, which features artworks by local artists, a marble entrance, crystal chandeliers, and ebony hardwood floors; and the Royal Ballroom, with polished walls and recessed lighting, great for a classic event space.
