We didn’t want a traditional buffet so he came up with a beautiful 4-corner display so each section could have their own semi-private food display. His attention to detail, professionalism and personality were nothing like we had experienced before. We had a beautiful tasting, he went over every line item with us thoroughly, and made sure it was the right package for our wedding.
