Chef Michael Zambito introduced Historic Medina to exceptional service in a fine dining atmosphere after opening Zambistro in 2006. In addition to a growing restaurant, Zambistro Catering has continued to expand over the years. Weddings, birthday parties, office parties, bridal showers, the options are endless! Zambistro Catering offers full service offsite catering as well as drop off services. Our full service restaurant also has multiple private spaces for onsite parties.

When you book with Zambistro Catering you work closely with our catering team to ensure your event is second to none. Once you have booked your wedding with Zambistro, you will be invited out for a complimentary tasting in our newly expanded test kitchen. You will work one on one with our team of experienced chefs to create a menu that your guests will be sure to love!

    Incredible catering !

    From the moment we reached out to Zambistro, their team got back to us quickly with clear answers to all our questions. They made the planning process so smooth and easy, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders as we prepared for the big day. On our wedding day, the food was truly incredible—our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything tasted. The service was flawless, with their staff moving around the tent with precision and care to make sure everyone felt taken care of.
