“The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! This venue came with the best team and I would 10000% recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless experience and beautiful wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was responsive, quick, and clear in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our special day perfect (and EPIC) in every way. It truly was the dream team and a dream wedding - thank you epic events for everything!”

“We got married at the Wedgewood University Club in Irvine this past May, and I cannot recommend this venue and their staff enough! We were so lucky to have Brianna as our coordinator—she took such great care of us, and we absolutely loved working with her. She is incredibly nice, professional, and organized. Brianna was always on top of everything, supporting my husband and me and truly having our backs throughout the entire wedding process. The food was also fantastic! So many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed their meals. On top of that, the entire staff was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. If you want a smooth wedding planning process with a team that supports you every step of the way, I highly recommend them!”

“We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception here and couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. Zoey, the recreation coordinator, worked with us from booking until day-before rehearsal and last minute layout changes to accommodate an unexpected heat wave during our wedding. She was so helpful and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a plan A and plan B for the weather. We ended up moving the ceremony to the courtyard for shade and moving the reception inside to the grand hall, and it turned out beautifully. Not only was this an affordable option and we are happy with where our money went, but we received very professional, warm, and timely communication and assistance from Zoey from start to finish. Highly recommend hosting your wedding or event here!”
