We are a local neighborhood spot that has over 100 different beers in cans, bottles, & drafts. A seasonally changing cocktail menu and host a variety of pop-up events celebrating talented bartenders. Our cuisine is creative and exceptionally well-done bar fare. We have held events that donate to charities that support victims of domestic abuse, animal foster groups and the troop of homeless Girl Scouts.

Jon Payson and Naomi Josepher moved to NYC in the early Nineties. Together, they enjoyed seeking out phenomenal desserts all around the city. When they moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2003, they noticed a need for a dessert café on quickly changing Fifth Avenue. After reading an inspirational book on chocolate, they decided to create a café specializing in high-end chocolate, extraordinary desserts, handmade ice creams, dessert wines and beers from all over the world, as well as superb coffee. They opened in January 2005 and is currently serving the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I started my career as a pediatric occupational therapist. I slowly developed my side hobby of designing florals and photographing into a side business until I was unable to practice both careers any longer. The choice was easy to quit my full time job working for an agency to running my own photography and floral events and wedding business with the help of my amazing team.

We are Sarah (Lockhart) + Tim (Ryon) A husband and wife run company specializing in wedding and lifestyle photography since 2011. We met at a photo production studio in 2008, moved in together less than 6 months later (much to our parents chagrin- sorry, guys!) and never, ever looked back. Sarah is our lead photographer, and Tim runs the crucial behind-the-scenes work that ensures everyone has the seamless experience our clients have come to know and love over the years! We firmly believe love is love, Black Lives Matter, climate change is real, and it’s totally acceptable to hug someone upon meeting them.
