The mantle installations also looked amazing (again something I wish I had more time to look at!!). THE PEONIES. It’s official that our wedding had a signature scent and it was PEONY! Which was also fitting since I wore peony perfume that day so now peonies will forever remind me of our wedding day which is so exciting for me because I love them. THE CENTERPIECES were perfect floating masterpieces just like I imagined. The combination of florals Sarah put together was classic but with an abstract/ organic twist and I loved all of the different unique buds in each one. The BOUQUETS turned out so beautiful. I loved how they were different but complimented each other so well. “I had received a floral arrangement from Fleur de Lis before we got engaged and I had noted how beautiful and elevated it was, so when it was time to look at wedding florists, Lana (the owner) was the first one we called. Our consultation went so well - I was not 100% sure what I wanted, but showed some Pinterest inspiration and Lana asked all the right questions and showed us options on tabletop decor, flowers for the arrangements and bouquets/boutonnieres. We left feeling so confident and excited to receive the proposal - which we received super quick and signed immediately - we were so impressed with all of the details and pricing was very in line with what we were hoping for (we got married during Christmas time and the club was already going to be heavily decorated, so we didn't need as much as a bare venue would ). Some wedding florists in the area won't even talk with you unless you can meet a high $ minimum - Lana is not that way. She and her awesome team will provide the best service and the highest quality product for every single customer - which says a lot! On to wedding day... through all of our interactions, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of - which was an amazing weight off my chest! The team showed up and set everything up well before it needed to be, and when we got our bouquets, I wanted to cry happy tears - they were PERFECT and everything that I had hoped they would be. The flowers were stunning, fresh, and such high quality. Everything was arranged and put together so well and they lasted and stayed beautiful all day. The boutonnieres, grandmother's corsage, and mother's mini bouquets were also perfection. During the cocktail hour we did a first look at the reception area and again, it was perfect. Tabletop decor, florals, candles, votives, etc. was everything we discussed and more. We could not have been happier to have Fleur de Lis as our florist on our wedding day - Lana and her team truly deliver, and we SO appreciate everything they did to make our day beautiful and special - THANK YOU!”

“Poppy Flowers was a great choice for our wedding flowers because they worked well trying to fit our budget and gave us flexibility with our flowers. Their communication was primarily virtual which was challenging at times. Outside of our first Zoom meeting, we had to communicate using their platform which could have been more efficient. Outside of the Poppy Flowers platform, our florist Dara Cordova did an amazing job. The quality of her work was excellent - she matched our vision for the flowers perfectly. The bouquets they created were absolutely stunning, encompassing all the flower profiles and colors we had discussed. Our guests had many compliments on how beautiful the flowers looked and how well they fit the overall style and aesthetic of our wedding day. Our only hiccup was when we were told we could flip our flowers from our wedding ceremony to reception area (we had different locations) but two weeks prior, we were told that they would not transport flowers from our ceremony to reception so we had to cut down and have our planner relocate the flowers for us. We wish communication would have been more clear. It was an added stress so close to the wedding. Overall. “OMG! I absolutely love Katy. From the initial appointment to determine what our vision was for the wedding and reception decor, I felt very at ease with Katy. Katy took great care to try and learn what my vision was for the wedding and how to use her expertise to create what I wanted. I liked that - and this enabled us to truly create a custom one of a kind look for our big day. Katy was kind, accommodating and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. I would bounce things off of Katy and without hesitation, she would first clarify what my vision was, and then add her input based on her expert eye for detail, color coordination, etc. On the day of my wedding, I broke down into tears at the beautiful, dreamy atmosphere that Katy and her team had created for my spouse and I. It was literally everything thing I had dreamed of; it had the glitz, glamour, bling, sparkle, romance and more than I wanted. Katy even added touches here and there that she felt were needed to add more beauty to the venue. She exercised her creative rights. My guests could not and have not stopped talking about the beauty of it all. Additionally, a few days before the wedding, I was not pleased with a mock up of my bouquet (provided by another vendor) - and Katy to the rescue! Within about 3-4 business days, Katy and her staff PERSONALLY delivered the most beautiful, sparkling bouquet that I have ever seen (along with a jr. bouquet and corsages). She made it her business to make me happy. I am truly sad that I won't be talking to Katy as much any more since the wedding is now over. Katy delivered on ALLLLLLL levels and I can't say enough about her. Thank you soo much Katy. You will forever be a better part of our memories.
