Gypsy Hill Florals is a full-service floral and event design company focusing on large events including weddings, holiday parties and corporate gatherings. We provide floral arrangements of all kinds, including personal flowers, ceremony flowers and decor, centerpieces, rental items and much more. Our mission is to operate with minimal overhead and optimum efficiency to reduce our costs and pass them onto the client. We match visions and style with budgets using old-fashioned good business sense and creativity.

There is no minimum spend is required to use Gypsy Hill Florals. Just need personal flowers? No problem? Doing the centerpieces on your own? Totally fine! We offer great creativity and flexibility. Everyone should have the wedding of their dreams without worrying about hitting a minimum.

Vibrant and beautiful!
Steven did a wonderful job with our florals. All we knew when we went into our first meeting is that we wanted our favorite colors incorporated. Steven put together a beautiful jewel toned arraignment that met all our expectations. My bouquet was stunning and the colors really popped against my ivory dress. The ceremony florals and centerpieces were perfect and captured the beauty of the day. Rich and vibrant; we also chose to go with a more natural and wilder look, and they couldn’t have been anymore perfect. We were so pleased with how everything turned out.

Gypsy Hill Florals provided beautiful flowers for my wedding! The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is they messed up my bridal bouquet. In our planning discussions, I provided an inspo pic but discussed verbally and in the contract it was stated that the bouquet was to be cascading and larger than the picture. The florist arrived and it looked exactly like the inspo picture and the contract was not followed. Luckily, they had excellent customer service and had someone remake my bouquet on site. Additionally, the rest of our flowers were beautiful and I have no complaints. All in all I would still recommend them since they handled the error well, my flowers were gorgeous, and I thought they had fair pricing.

Pretty but not what was agreed upon
We hired Gypsy Hill Floral for my wedding and, while the overall look was nice, the experience fell short of our expectations. Communication was vague from the start. When we asked for images of what the focal-point florals would look like, we received a very underwhelming photo. My mom ended up creating a detailed document with pictures of our vision, including a clear request for two cascading arrangements to be placed on the fireplace mantle at the venue. We also specified verbally that we did not want carnations. Even though we agreed to pay more than the initial quote and gave a full presentation with the flowers we liked, the final result did not match what we had discussed. The mantle arrangements were lopsided and static instead of cascading, and carnations were used throughout, despite our explicit conversation asking to avoid them. In fairness, the arrangements were pretty—which is why I’m giving 3 stars—but the final product did not reflect the vision we agreed upon, and I often felt like I was doing the creative and planning work to guide the process. Lastly, the seating chart mirror was not what I was expecting, there was no calligraphy handwriting as promised and spelling errors. Advice to future clients: Make sure every detail, including flowers you do not want, is written clearly in the contract. Provide specific reference photos and list must-have and must-avoid elements. This will help ensure your expectations are met and give you clearer recourse if something is overlooked.

Dream Florals!
Working with Gypsy Hill Florals & Event Design was an absolute pleasure. From the very first conversation, Steve and his team were incredibly kind, respectful of our budget, and showed an incredible level of attention to detail. Steve was fun to work with and immediately understood the vision I had in mind for our wedding flowers. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - Steve is a true expert in his craft and brought my dreams for the ceremony arch to life in the most beautiful way.
